Barristers are able to offer legal advice, draft pleadings and other documents and offer representation at hearings via direct access to members of the public.
By directly instructing a barrister this means that you can save time and money in resolving a legal problem or issue and that you do not also need to instruct and pay for the services of a solicitor.
Charles Mannan is happy to consider acting in matters concerning the following areas of law: commercial, immigration, employment and arbitration amongst others. See ‘Practice Areas’ for full details.
If you feel that your case may be suitable for direct access and would like Charles Mannan to assess the suitability of your matter initially, at no cost, please call 02073537888 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Charles Mannan will initially review your matter and let you know whether he feels that you matter is suitable for direct access and inform you as to whether he is able to deal with it. His clerks will thereafter be able to advise you as to the costs that will be incurred.
Please see FAQ and ‘Letter of Instruction’ for further information as to what Charles Mannan must be provided with before being able to assess a matter.
